Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EduVenture Consultant (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use this website, and the rights you have over your data. We are the data controller for the information described here.
Contact: Office #3, 1st Floor, Al Rehman Arcade, 242/243-C Main Boulevard, PIA Society, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Phone / WhatsApp: 0329-5388456.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us in forms. When you submit a consultation or feedback form we collect the details you enter — your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, preferred study destination, area of study, and any message.
- Chat messages. Messages you type into our website assistant are processed to generate a reply.
- Strictly necessary storage. We store small amounts of data in your browser (session storage) so the site works — for example to keep your chat conversation during a visit and to show the intro animation only once. This is not used for tracking or advertising.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the guidance you request.
- To answer your questions through our website assistant.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
3. Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (which you give by submitting a form after ticking the consent box, and which you can withdraw at any time); and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, acting on our instructions:
- WhatsApp / Meta — form submissions are delivered to us as a pre-filled WhatsApp message, so your details pass through WhatsApp.
- Automation & AI providers — chat messages are processed by our workflow automation and an AI language model to generate replies.
- Google Maps — our Contact page embeds a map; Google may receive technical data such as your IP address when the map loads.
- Hosting — our hosting provider processes requests to serve the site.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to keep our own records, after which they are deleted. Browser session storage is cleared when you close your browser tab.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format;
- not be sold or discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, contact us on WhatsApp at 0329-5388456 or at our office address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Our services are intended for prospective students and their families. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please use this site with a parent or guardian.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect the site, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), strict security headers, a Content Security Policy, and limits on automated requests. No method of transmission is ever 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Changes & cookies
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows when. For details on browser storage, see our Cookie Policy. See also our Terms of Use and Accessibility Statement.
Note for the business owner: this policy is a solid starting template covering UK/EU GDPR and US state-law concepts. Please have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for Pakistan and any target markets, and confirm the AI/automation providers named, before you rely on it in production.
